1st interview - introduction

In this first interview, most likely with your hiring manager, you get acquainted with our company, with emphasis on the mission, culture and role. For Upway, this is a chance to understand your personal mission, general background and main field of interest.
Stage 6

Introduction Call

During the Introduction call / meeting, you will have a chance of getting introduced to the Hiring manager for the position. The goal of this call / meeting is for us to get to know more about you, your background and your interest on Upway. It will be also a great opportunity for you to learn more about our company and the position.
Stage 7

Case study

For the case study you will receive a document in advance for you to prepare. This will typically offer very role specific challenges for you to reflect on and share your knowledge, viewpoints and leadership style. It's supposed to give you a very good grasp on the type of challenges you will encounter both tactically and strategically in this role.
Stage 8

Co-Founder / Leadership interview

In this last stage you will have a sit down with either a member of the company leadership or one of the co-founders depending on availability.

This allows you to have a deep conversation on any questions that surfaced throughout your application, get acquainted with our long term vision and ambitions. It also allows you to connect with the leadership that is driving the company forward and assess your willingness to be part of our story, and Upway to be part of yours.
It allows Upway to assess if you're the best candidate to join our story for the years to come, invest in you and contribute to your career path.
Stage 9

Hired
